YOUR COLLECTION INCLUSIONS

Your Online Gallery

Once your photos are edited, your online gallery, showcasing all of your edited photographs will be launched. No matter which collection you have chosen, this gallery will be temporary for 48 hours to allow you to make all of the final decisions to complete your package. If you do not make your choices within the 48 hours allotted, there is a fee of $35/day to keep your temporary gallery active. This gallery will be low-resolution with a watermark but for Collection Two and Three, your permanent gallery will be high-resolution with no watermark. Collection One receives web-sized images with no watermark. All are downloadable and are yours to keep. If you have chosen Collection One, your digital images come with publishing rights, which means you may publish your photographs on the internet or private online gallery as you wish, or simply keep them on your digital devices. If you have chosen Collection Two or Three, your digital images come with lifetime printing and publishing rights, so please feel free to print and publish at will. If you decide to print anything from an 11x14 or under, I highly recommend www.mpix.com. If you decide to print anything in a larger size, I recommend coming back to me as I work with wonderful professional labs for the highest of quality.

If you have chosen Collection One, you will see 25 images in your gallery (each in color and black and white, so 50 total), from which you may choose the 10 included in your album. Once these selections are made (see STEP ONE below), a permanent gallery will replace this gallery with your web-sized digital copies of the 10 images you chose for your photo album, without a watermark. This gallery will be permanent for 3 months and is yours to enjoy. Your web-sized digital images come with lifetime publishing rights so publish at will. If you would like to purchase the high-resolution copies of the images chosen for your album, which also come with lifetime printing rights, you may do so for $150. If you would like to purchase the Digital Collection you see on your temporary online gallery, you may do so for $350. That includes each of the 25 edited images you see on your temporary gallery, each image in both color & black and white (50 printables), which come with lifetime printing and publishing rights. High-resolution digital images can also be purchased individually for $55 each. If you prefer not to have an album, you may replace the album with 10 high resolution digital images that you would have chosen for your album, rather than web-sized versions. The high resolution images come with lifetime printing and publishing rights. Web-sized versions are sized smaller for online-use only and are not sized big enough for printing. Web-sized digital images do not come with printing rights.

If you have chosen Collection Two, you will see 35 images in your gallery (each in color and black and white, so 70 total), from which you may choose the 20 included in your album. Once these selections are made (see STEP ONE below), a permanent gallery will replace this gallery with your high-resolution digital copies of the 20 images you chose for your photo album, without a watermark. This gallery will be permanent for 6 months and is yours to enjoy. Your 20 high-resolution digital images come with lifetime printing & publishing rights so print and publish at will. If you would like to purchase the full Digital Collection you see on your temporary online gallery, you may do so for $350. That includes each of the 35 edited, digital images, each image in both color & black and white (70 printables), which come with lifetime printing and publishing rights. High-resolution digital images can also be purchased individually for $55 each. If you prefer not to have an album, you may replace the album with 35 high resolution digital images (though it does not come with its color or black and white mate, depending on which editing style you choose). If you would like to purchase the mates, giving you 70 printables instead of the album, you may do so for an additional $175.

If you have chosen Collection Three, you will see 50 images in your gallery (each in color and black and white, so 100 total), from which you may choose the 30 included in your album. Once these selections are made (see STEP ONE below), a permanent gallery will replace this gallery with your high-resolution digital copies of the 30 images you chose for your photo album (plus the digital copy of each of the 30 images in black and white, so 60 total), without a watermark. This gallery will be permanent for 1 year and is yours to enjoy. Your high-resolution digital images come with lifetime printing & publishing rights so print and publish at will. Your Collection also includes a Gift box filled with 10, 4x6 flush-mounted prints of your choice. Please follow the instructions under STEP ONE below to choose those images for your prints. You can also see photos and a description of this inclusion under COMPANION PRODUCTS below. These photos do not come with the digital copy. If you would like to purchase the full Digital Collection you see on your temporary online gallery, you may do so for $450. That includes each of the 50 edited, digital images, each image in both color & black and white (100 printables), which come with lifetime printing and publishing rights. High-resolution digital images can also be purchased individually for $55 each. If you prefer not to have an album, you may replace the album with 50 high resolution digital images (though it does not come with its color or black and white mate, depending on which editing style you choose). If you would like to purchase the mates, giving you 100 printables instead of the album, you may do so for an additional $225. If you also prefer not have the print box, you will receive all digital images, in both color and black and white (100 total printable images).

All Collections also receive a flash drive with all of the images included, along with the delivery of your album.

Your Album

Your Collection came with a specific size of Fine Art Album, and a specific number of photographs included. If you would like to upgrade the size of your album you may do so for a fee.

For Collection One, an 8x8 20-image album upgrade is $450, and includes the 20 high-resolution digital copies for the album, with lifetime printing and publishing rights. You may add pages/photos to your album, however, images must be added in increments of 10, allowing for 5 extra pages (1 image per side = 5 facing pages = 10 extra images). If you would like to add any images to your album, which will also come with the high-resolution digital copies for the 8x8 and web-sized copies for the 5x5, it is $200/10 images. If you would like to upgrade to the 8x8, and also purchase your full Digital Collection Set (25 color digitals, plus each mate in black and white, so 50 printables) you may do so for $550. Please inquire within for any other sizing upgrades.

For Collections Two and Three, a 10x10 upgrade is $250 and a 12x12 upgrade is $350. You may add pages/photos to your album, however, images must be added in increments of 10, allowing for 5 extra pages (1 image per side = 5 facing pages = 10 extra images). If you would like to add any images to your album, which will also come with the high-resolution digital copies (only in the editing style chose—color or black and white), it is $200/10 images. If you would like to downsize your album you may do so for no fee, however, no cost will be deducted from the Collection price. If you would like no album at all, you may replace it with any photo box offered (see below), or with extra digital images, as stated under YOUR ONLINE GALLERY.

STEP ONE: To select the images you want showcased in your album, go to your gallery and hover over each image and you will see a heart in the corner. Click that heart and it will add it to your Favorites. Once you have selected all of the images you want in your album, click the Favorites folder and you will see an option to Send to Photographer. Click this to send your selections to me. If you don’t click Send to Photographer I will not be notified that your selections are complete. You may also simply notify me by email that you have completed your selection.

STEP TWO: Choose your cover. You will have several cover choices to choose from and you will need to email me with your final cover choice AND the final size you want. You do not have to know at this time if you would like to add any photos/pages to your album but you will need to finalize that decision before the order is placed.

**If you have chosen Collection One, your album cover choices are Ash, Nightfall, or Walnut from below, in addition to red or purple (Polar and linen selections are not available for this album). You may also upgrade to a Custom Image Cover for $50.

*Custom Image Cover. You may choose one horizontal image that will wrap around the outside of the album. Vertical images cannot be used for the cover. You may choose satin (very light gloss) or metallic (deep saturation with a metallic finish) as your finish.

*Leather. One color of your choice wrapped around the entire album.

Linen. One color of your choice wrapped around the entire album.

Once your selections have been made, I will design a layout for you. You will receive an email inviting you to view your online design. If you have any change requests you may notate those requests within the layout. You will see an option to comment. Once you are finished and whether you make any change requests or not, make sure that you approve the layout so that everything is sent to me. “Approving the design/layout” does not approve the current design, unless you have no change requests. It is at this time, before the final approval, that you make all decisions with regards to adding any additional photos to the album. I can add them up to the moment I place the order, but of course, not after. Once you approve the final design, after any changes have been made, I will place the order. Delivery to me is typically within 4 weeks of placing the order. Upon delivery to me, I open, inspect and repackage the album. I will contact you to coordinate drop-off/delivery to you directly.
